Well Baby Checks
Come and join us on our Well Baby Club this coming Wednesday January 29, 2020 at 9:30 am – 11:00 am. Get your baby weighed and opportunity to seek advice and support regarding any issues they may have.
WELL BABY CHECKS
Well baby visits help ensure a healthy and happy baby and well informed and supported mom.
These visits will include a review of patient history, physical assessment, an update on immunizations and a growth and development assessment for children’s and infants and provides an opportunity for mom to meet mom network.
TYPICAL WELL VISIT SCHEDULE
Follow-up appointment two to three days after discharge from the hospital.
Appointment at 2 weeks old, followed by routine vaccination check-ups(monthly up to 4 months, Every 2 month up to 4-12months).
Appointments at 2 years, 2.5 years then annually.
We also offer some free screening for mom’s health.
Frequency of appointments may also vary as an illness occurs or if your child suffers an ongoing medical condition.
